Appeals

All offends have the right to appeal against a parking ticket by the following procedure.

  1. All appeals must be in writing (we will not deal with them over the phone)
  2. The original parking ticket must be enclosed in the envelope
  3. A Self Stamped addressed envelope must be enclosed
  4. All appeals must be received in our office within 7 days of the date of the offence, as dated on the receipt. Any appeal received after 7 days will NOT be answered
  5. Payment must be enclosed with your appeal correspondence. If your appeal is successful, then your payment will be refunded in full, if you choose to withhold payment whilst the appeal is processing your costs WILL increase.
  6. All appeals will be responded to within 21 days

 

Photographic Evidence

Offenders should note that before making an appeal that all vehicles when ticketed have been photographed by a digital camera which is date and time-stamped.

If you would like us to post you the photographic evidence, please send a cheque to the amount of £9.99 to Vehicle Management Direct Appeals Department, PO Box 1063, Doncaster, DN1 9JY. (Please ensure to enclose a stamped self addressed envelope).
